Sniper Tower puts you in a defensive sniper position protecting a tower. Manage scope time against incoming enemy waves. Different from the standard sniper-shooter format because you don't move; you only aim. The whole game is about how long you can stay scoped versus how fast enemies advance.
Right, the scope-time mechanic is the design's pivot. Scoping in is slow. Scoping out is also slow. While unscoped you can pan the view faster. While scoped you can fire precisely but the world feels claustrophobic. The decision is constant: stay scoped on the threat you've identified, or scope out to scan for the bigger threat coming from another angle?
The 30 waves build pressure through enemy count and threat variety. Early waves have basic infantry that walks toward your tower in lines. Mid-waves introduce armoured units that need multiple shots, fast units that close distance quickly, sniper-counter units that shoot at you if you stay scoped on them too long, and mortar teams that require quick aim-and-fire.
What's lacking is environmental variety. One tower position. One enemy approach direction. The strategic puzzle is real but the visual repetition wears on you over a long session.
Three-and-a-half stars. Tight scope-management gameplay. Worth a play if defensive sniper games appeal to you. Less broadly recommendable than the more conventional Sniper Range on this site.
