Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
FinanceMass Arcade (“FinanceMass”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at financemass.xyz. We are the data controller for personal data collected via this site under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent regimes. You can reach us via the contact page.
2. What data we collect
The games embedded on this site run inside iframes loaded from third-party game distribution networks. Game inputs (keystrokes, taps, clicks during play) are processed inside the iframe and are not transmitted to FinanceMass.
FinanceMass itself processes two categories of data:
- Server logs — IP address, user-agent string, referrer, requested URL, and timestamp. Retained for 14 days for security and abuse-detection purposes (legitimate interests, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Contact-form submissions — name, email address, and the message body you supply. Processed solely to reply to you (consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Retained for two years.
3. Cookies and Google AdSense
This site displays advertising via Google AdSense. Google and its certified vendors set cookies on your device for ad selection, frequency capping, and limited measurement. The named cookies are:

If you decline personalised advertising via the consent banner, AdSense serves non-personalised ads only.
4. Game iframes
Embedded game iframes may set their own cookies and process inputs in line with the game distributor’s own privacy policy. We do not control these third-party policies. Common distributors include GameDistribution, GameMonetize, CrazyGames, and Poki; review their published privacy practices for details on what they process.
5. Consent management (TCF v2.3)
Consent is collected via Google Funding Choices, a Google-certified IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework v2.3 compliant Consent Management Platform. Your choice is encoded as a TC string and stored for up to 13 months, after which we re-prompt. You can withdraw or change consent at any time by clicking Cookie Settings. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where applicable.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and equivalent regimes, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, write to the address on the contact page; we respond within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA).
You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, the California Privacy Protection Agency, your EU data protection authority, the UK ICO, or any other competent regulator.
7. International transfers
Server logs are stored in the United States. Google AdSense transfers ad-related data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, of which Google LLC is a self-certified participant.
8. Children
FinanceMass is not directed at children under 16 (under 13 in the United States). We do not knowingly process the data of minors and do not show personalised advertising to users we identify as minors.
9. Changes
Material changes to this policy are announced on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is dated 1 January 2026.
