1. Acceptance

By accessing or using financemass.xyz (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

The Site provides free, browser-playable HTML5 games for entertainment, along with editorial content (reviews, blog posts, gameplay tips). You agree not to:

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site at rates that materially exceed normal human browsing.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or availability.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the editorial content (reviews, blog posts, original copy) without written permission.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual property

The site design, layout, original editorial content (reviews, blog posts, descriptive text), and trademarks are the property of FinanceMass Arcade or its licensors. The HTML5 games embedded on the Site are the property of their respective developers and distributors; we display them under licence and they are subject to their own terms of use.

4. Game content disclaimer

Embedded games run inside iframes loaded from third-party game distribution networks. We do not develop, host, or control the gameplay or behaviour of these games. We make no warranty as to the suitability, safety, or appropriateness of any specific game for any specific user or use case.

5. Advertising

The Site displays advertising via Google AdSense. We do not endorse advertised products or services and are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Click on advertisements at your own discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinanceMass Arcade and its operators expressly disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, including but not limited to data loss, device damage from third-party game content, or decisions made in reliance on editorial content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator is established. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer-protection law of your habitual residence requires otherwise.
