Tangram Master is a digital tangram game. Seven flat shapes total (five triangles of various sizes, one square, and one parallelogram, all cut from a single 4x4 base) that arrange into a single 4x4 square or, more interestingly, into thousands of different silhouettes that match a target outline.
Honestly, I have a soft spot for this genre because it scratches the same itch as geometric proof work. The tangram is older than your great-grandparents' great-grandparents (the puzzle appeared in China during the late Qing dynasty in the 1800s, but specific dating is sketchy) and Western mathematical recreations have been working with it since at least the 1810s. Sam Loyd's famous 1880s offer of $1000 to anyone who could solve certain "impossible" tangrams produced a whole sub-literature.
Tangram Master here has a campaign of 200 silhouettes, sorted by difficulty. Easy puzzles use four or five pieces. Hard puzzles require all seven, with rotation and flipping. The seven-piece puzzles are where the genre's real depth lives. Some of them have multiple valid solutions. Some have only one. The hint system shows piece outlines rather than positions, which is the right call for keeping the puzzle interesting.
Four-and-a-half stars. Among the better implementations of a classic genre I've reviewed. Half-star reservation is that the silhouettes after puzzle 150 or so get visually busy enough that pattern-matching dominates piece-fitting.
