How to play
Arrow keys move the frog one tile at a time. Avoid cars and trucks on the road; ride logs and turtles across the river (water is deadly otherwise). Get five frogs to the lily pads to clear the round.

The 1981 Frogger formula has aged better than most games of its era because the underlying tension — carefully-timed movement through two distinct hazard zones — is genuinely good design. Frog Crossing is a faithful tribute that does not attempt to modernise what does not need modernising.
The road and river zones produce meaningfully different play. The road requires waiting for predictable gaps in traffic; the river requires committing to log-riding and reading the direction the logs move. The diving turtles add the river-zone risk element that 1981 introduced and that subsequent clones often omit.
The five-frog clear condition is more demanding than it sounds at higher speeds. The implementation is honest, the controls are crisp, and the timer pressure is calibrated correctly. Recommended for classical-arcade enthusiasts.
