You can only pour into tubes with enough remaining capacity. Complete each level by sorting all colours into pure tubes.

Color Sort is the water-sort genre. Tubes of multi-coloured liquid. Pour from one tube to another (the pour only succeeds if the top colour of the source matches the top colour of the destination, or the destination is empty). Goal: end up with each tube containing only one colour. Locked tubes you can't pour into appear in later levels.
This genre got huge on mobile around 2020 and has stayed surprisingly popular. The underlying puzzle is actually rich, despite looking simple. The decision tree branches quickly (with eight tubes you have 56 possible pour-from-to combinations every move), and getting through the harder levels requires planning four or five pours ahead. I went through the 300-level campaign over maybe two weeks of lunch breaks.
The Color Sort implementation here is solid. The animation timing is right (long enough to feel like the colours are actually flowing, short enough not to interrupt rapid play). The undo system is unlimited. There are no ad walls between levels. Daily seed lets you compare best-move-counts against other players.
Where it loses a half-star: the puzzle uniqueness isn't guaranteed. I had several levels with multiple valid solutions and one with no valid solution that I had to look up to confirm wasn't my mistake. Three-and-a-half stars. Solid implementation of a strong puzzle genre, with one quality-control gap.
